SPECIFICATIONS
Focus on residential and/or commercial leasing
High-volume transaction environment
Strong pipeline of rental listings and leads
Opportunity to build long-term landlord relationships
Performance-driven role with attractive commission structure
RESPONSIBILITIES
Source and manage rental listings
Match tenants with suitable properties based on their needs
Conduct property viewings and negotiations • Coordinate lease agreements and documentation
Maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensure smooth transaction processes from inquiry to move-in
Track activities and deals in CRM systems
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in real estate leasing or sales preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and listings simultaneously
Target-driven and highly organized • Knowledge of Dubai rental market is an advantage
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
